Mother of all Burrito's

So you want to make THE MOTHER OF ALL BURRITO'S?? You came to the right place.

First off start with the best seasoning. 

Famous Angus Steak & Burger Seasoning.  

Next Purchase the follow:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bag of cheese (you pick)
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • Wheat soft shell's 
  • 1 red bell pepper

Cook up the beef. Once it's cooked, drain any grease then season with Famous Angus. Go heavy. 

While the beef is cooking go ahead and warm the corn and black beans up.

Cut up your red pepper and add it to the ground beef along with half the black beans, half the corn, and half the rice. 

Let it all simmer in the pan. 

Cut and smash the Avocado

Warm the shells up.

Fill the shells with ground beef mixture. Top with cheese and avocado. 

Roll it up. 

Eat it up. 

You just enjoyed the MOTHER OF ALL BURRITO.

What you'll need.

All beef hotdogs

MOAB Maple Bacon Rub

A grill


Cut slits into the hotdog.

Season with MOAB Maple Bacon Seasoning.

Roll the hotdog in the Maple Bacon rub to ensure the dog is fully covered. 

Fire up the grill and cook the it up.

I like to cook on low heat. Keeps the hotdog from getting brunt. 

Warm up the bun and place the hotdog gently into the bun. Dress it up nicely and enjoy.

How to Make Maple Bacon-Bacon

We’ve taken Bacon to the next level. Introducing Maple Bacon-Bacon. Yes, you read that correct. Don’t believe this Bacon is that good... make it for yourself and find out.


  • 16oz All Natural Original Uncured Bacon
  • 1- Bottle of Maple Bacon Seasoning


  • 1 Hand-That’s all you need
  • 1 Bowl
  • A Pan or grill rack

How to make it happen.

Slowly unpack the bacon and make small talk with it. Peel it apart real nice and slow and add the strips into a bowl. Once all the pieces have been added to the bowl slowly sprinkle MOAB Maple Bacon seasoning the bacon. Put the phone down at this point and use your other hand to mix the seasoning around in the bowl. Keep seasoning until the bacon has been fully coated.

Place that bowl full of goodness into the fridge and let it relax for about 30 minutes.

Ways to cook it.

I used a smoker to cook mine.

Set it at 185 degrees and let it smoke for 2 hours.

You can also cook it up on your stove top, have fun cleaning up that mess or simply bake it the oven.

In the oven you’ll want to cook it at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon. Make sure to watch it and not over cook it.

Now you’ve got yourself the best tasting bacon in the world. Pending you didn’t burn it in the oven.

Zesty Fresh & Fast Grilled Chicken Tacos

Zesty Fresh & Fast Grilled Chicken Tacos


You can't go wrong making these fresh and fast Zest Grilled Chicken Tacos. 


  • 2-Chicken Breasts
  • 1- Avocado
  • 1- Lime
  • 1- Mango
  • Cilantro
  • Red Cabbage
  • MOAB Zesty Seasoning
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Soft Taco Shells
  • Poppyseed Dressing
  • Feta Cheese


Start by prepping you chicken. Place the Chicken in a bowl and coat in Rice Vinegar and then season with MOAB Zesty seasoning. Let the chicken marinate for about 30 minutes. 

While the chicken marinates start preparing your toppings. 
-Slice up the avocado
-Cut and dice up the mango
-Chop of up the cilantro and red cabbage
-Slice up the lime

Now it's time to fire up the grill. Once the the grill is hot go ahead and put the chicken on and turn down the heat to medium. You'll want to cook the chicken 5-6 minutes on each side. Cooking times can vary depending on the thickness of the chicken. 

Once the chicken is finished slice it into small pieces. 

Now it's time to prep your shells. A quick and easy way to do that is by layering them on a plate with a damp paper towel between each shell and microwave them for 30 seconds. 

When the the shells are ready it's now time to add the chicken and top with your fresh ingredients. Remember to squeeze the lime on top once you've added the toppings. 

Black beans and white or wild rice pair will as side dishes.

Winged Nut Maple Bacon Bison Chili

I have to say this might have been the best chili I've ever made. You have  to give this a go. 

Here's What you need. 

1-16oz Urban Chestnut Winged Nut (Guinness also works great)

1-lb of Bison Ground Beef

1/4-lb All Natural Bacon

2-Cans of Kidney Beans

1-28oz can of Sun Dried diced Tomatoes

1-Can of Tomato Sauce

MOAB Maple Bacon Seasoning

MOAB Spicy Seasoning

Oregano, Basil, Chili Powder, Cumin, Chipotle Pepper, Minced Garlic


Cook up the Bison in a skillet, add a few pinches of Chipotle Pepper

Cook up the bacon, season with MOAB Maple Bacon prior to cooking

Mix beer, beans, sun dried tomatoes, and tomato sauce in a pot with medium heat.

Once the Bison meat is cooked drain grease and add to the pot.

Once the bacon is cooked, chop it up into little pieces and add to pot.

Add a few pinches of MOAB spicy, oregano, basil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic to the pot. 

Mix everything together and let cook over medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours. 

Finished Product!!! Enjoy.

Low Carb Orange & Chipotle Seasoned Salmon

Orange & Chipotle Seasoned Salmon

Tired of eating lemon zest on your salmon? Change it up a bit with this fantastic combo of zest and smokiness!!!


  • 2 Pieces of Wild Caught Salmon
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of MOAB Keep It Zesty 
  • 2 Zucchini's 


In a zip lock bag, combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, keep it zesty, and salmon. Toss to coat evenly and let set for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 

Remove the salmon from the bag, and place on a cooking sheet coating with non-stick spray. 

Heat over to 450 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes. 

The perfect low-carb side.

Sauted Zucchini

Use a spiralizer or mandoline fitted with a julienne blade to cut the zucchini into spaghetti like strands, then saute them with a little sesame oil and season with some Keep It Zesty. 

Saute them for 2-4 minutes in a skillet. 

Plate the fish and Zucchini and enjoy!!!

Maple Bacon Flank Steak Pineapple Tacos



Cut up steak into slices cutting against the grain

Place in bowl, add olive oil

Season with Maple Bacon

Make sure steak is completely covered in seasoning

Let set for 20-30 minutes

Heat large nonstick skillet, add beef cooking it roughly 1 minute on each side. Once cooked place beef on a plate.

Warm soft shells in a separate skillet, warm with low heat, about 30 seconds on each side

Cut up the Cilantro

Once steak is cooked place steak cuts in the shell

Top with Feta Cheese

Add the Pineapple salsa on top of the feta

Finish by adding the Cilantro on top

These are tacos are extremely easy to make and full of flavor. They’re one of my favorite go to tacos. Feel free to change things up by using a different salsa or topping with fresh cut up pineapple and tomatoes.

Mongolian Beef and Broccoli


  • 1 Pound of Sirloin Steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
  • 3 Tablespoons of MOAB KEEP IT SAVORY
  • 4 cups of broccoli florets
  • 6 scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces/cut white's off
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon spoon of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce ( I used reduced sodium)
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil or sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons of redwine or ricewine vinegar


Season the steak, covering all sides

Mix together the cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of the soy sauce, 1 teaspoons of redwine vinegar

Mix the steak into the marinade. Let sit for 20-30 minutes

Prep the Broccoli. You can steam or boil the broccoli. I boiled mine for roughly 1:30 seconds. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Heat large skillet and add 1 teaspoon of oil, add beef cooking it roughly 30-45 seconds on each side. Once cooked place beef on a plate.

Add the remaining oil to the skillet and add the scallions, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 30-1 minute.

Add the broccoli brown sugar, and the remaining soy sauce. Continue cooking for another 30-45 seconds.

Add the cooked beef, continue stirring, and cook for another 30-45 seconds.

If you're having rice as a side dish cook as instructed.

Place Beef and veggies on top of rice.

Spicy Grilled Lemon Chicken Topped with Avocado Salad

Spicy Grilled Lemon Chicken Topped w/Avocado Salad

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Lemon
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup)
  • Salt (just a pinch)
  • MOAB Spicy Seasoning
  • Red Wine Vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (1 teaspoon)

Put the chicken in a mixing bowl. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze onto chicken. Then sprinkle MOAB Spicy Seasoning, roughly 4 Tablespoons. Mix in bowl in till Chicken in coated in seasoning. Throw on the grill. Roughly 10 minutes on each side with medium heat. 

Avocado Salad.

Chop up the Avocado and place in bowl. Smash with a fork or spoon. Cut up the cilantro, about a 1/4 cup. Put in bowl with the Avocado. Add Red Wine Vinegar, Red Pepper Flakes, and salt. Mix it up.

Once the chicken is done simply top it with the Avocado Salad.

Spicy Apple Chicken Tacos

Spicy Apple Chicken Tacos


1- Pound of Chicken

1/2- Apple 

1-Celery Stalk

Handful of Cilantro

2- Soft tacos shells

Moab Spicy Seasoning

Olive Oil


Dice up the chicken and cook in a skillet. Once it's almost ready drain any water from the skillet. Pour roughly 2 ounces of Olive into the skillet and top with MOAB Spicy seasoning. I season in till the top in covered. Mix up and let it continue to simmer.  

Dice up 1/2 and apple, 1 stalk of celery, and a handful of cilantro. Warn the shells up in a skillet or microwave. 

Once the shells are warm, fill with the chicken, top with apples, celery, and cilantro. I added a bit of spicy mustard to add a little bit.
